TurkeyInstall before you arrive. You can't set up a new eSIM once you're in Turkey — but one installed beforehand works normally there.
Taiwan, Hong Kong & MacauReal-name registration is required. Do it before you go, or on Wi-Fi once you arrive.1. Open Settings → Connections
2. Tap SIM manager
3. Under eSIMs, tap Add eSIM
TIPInstall on stable Wi-Fi. Airport / public Wi-Fi is often unstable and can fail the install.
4. Tap Scan QR code
TIPYour QR is at the top of your eSIM email.
Scan the QR code you got from your service provider.
5. Point your camera at the QR code
This connects your phone to the CMLink network.
6. Tap Add to confirm
This may take a few minutes.
7. Wait while it's added
8. Check the eSIM is added
TIPIt appears under eSIMs, turned off. Off is normal — you'll turn it on after you land.
